Ryan Homes selects Martin Electrical Contracting for Owner Builder Program

For the second year in a row Ryan Homes, has chosen Martin Electrical Contracting as a key partner in its Owner Builder Program. In recognition of Martin Electric's expertise in electrical installation for over a decade, Ryan Homes once again teams with Martin Electrical Contracting to save homeowners substantial costs in the construction process.

The Ryan Homes Owner Builder Program allows individuals to act as their own general contractor (or hire their own general contractor), saving thousands of dollars by participating in the building process. Professionals with Ryan Homes act as personal building consultants to help new owners analyze their needs, estimate costs, and procure necessary prints and documents. In addition, Ryan Homes provides a working knowledge of scheduling, pre-construction costs, etc., answers any questions during construction, and offers financing for land, a construction loan and the final mortgage.
